True to its terroir, the structure is that of a scrum-half: imposing, powerful and firmly anchored by high acidity and sturdy tannins. The long finish reminds us that patience will be needed for a few years (8 to 10 years and more) before it can be tamed. In this small-yield 2023 vintage, Pauillac came out on top.
