Technical sheet PDFTasting notes
A vintage with a remarkably long harvest, begun as early as August, which produced a fine, elegant and expressive wine. The nose opens on red fruit, liquorice and minty notes. The palate, broad and silky, rests on supple, complex tannins; the finish lingers on spicy notes that bring depth and salinity. Enjoyable young for the freshness of the Grenache, it begins to reveal itself after 5 years and reaches its peak at around 10 years.
Red meats, game.
