Technical sheet PDFTasting notes
Deep garnet colour with violet rims. Dense nose of stewed fruit, followed by floral notes of violet and a hint of oaky vanilla. Dense, fruity palate of red fruits, bramble, cranberry and white pepper. Velvety texture, a touch of vanilla and a long, powerful finish.

Slow-cooked dishes, risottos, ribs, chicken, beef, roast pork, pasta including lasagna, mild dishes and desserts.
