- Winemaking and ageing
- Hand harvested with bunch selection. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the must is clarified by static settling before fermenting at controlled temperature (12 to 16 °C) in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine is aged for six months on its fine lees. Bottled in May 2024.
