- Winemaking and ageing
- Hand harvested and bunch sorted. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the must is carefully settled before fermenting at controlled temperature (12 to 16 °C) in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine is aged for nine months on its lees with bâtonnage. Bottled in October 2018.
