Tasting notes

Intense ruby colour with delicate garnet highlights. A complex nose of cooked fruit, spice and plum, mingling with aromas of tobacco and leather, with a finesse of structure that grows with age. Full, rich, flavourful and harmonious on the palate, gaining in intensity and aroma over time. The alcohol is balanced by silky, supple tannins.

Food pairings

Red meats and game, grilled shellfish, aged cheeses and full-flavoured dishes. Also lends itself to sipping at the end of a meal, among friends. Serve between 16 and 18°C.
