Tasting notes

Bright, lively colour with an attractive sheen. The nose opens on fresh fruit aromas, then reveals notes typical of Chardonnay, such as brioche. On the palate, a gastronomic-style crémant with lovely fruit and fine balance, fine bubbles and a long finish. It can be enjoyed now for its aromatic power and finesse, and will keep for 3 to 5 years. Serve between 5 and 7 °C.

Food pairings

Can be served throughout a meal. A refined aperitif for cocktails, receptions and celebrations; it also pairs with seafood and cheese.
