Technical sheet PDFTasting notes
Beautiful bright yellow colour with golden highlights. An intense nose, reminiscent of an orchard of exotic fruit, opening onto grapefruit, very ripe pineapple and mango. The palate is unctuous, generous and broad, round in texture, with a long finish on exotic notes. Sweetness and freshness are in balance. Serve between 8 and 10 °C. A wine for long ageing, about 15 years.
As an apéritif, with foie gras, fine pastries and fruit tarts (apricot, peach, apple), yellow-fleshed fruit such as pineapple or mango, aged cheeses or an exotic fresh fruit tart.
