Technical sheet PDFTasting notes
Deep, intense red colour. The nose brings together the expected Pinot Noir aromas of redcurrant and morello cherry, with notes of garrigue herbs. The structured, concentrated palate carries black cherry aromas and supple, silky tannins. A wine for ageing. Serve between 14 and 16 °C, ideally after decanting. Will keep for 10 to 15 years.
Wild boar civet, vintner's pie, coq au pinot noir, herb-stuffed quail with gratin dauphinois, rack of lamb with rosemary and ratatouille, duck terrine with green peppercorns, Camembert, duck breast with cherries, venison civet.
