Technical sheet PDFTasting notes
Bright, lively colour. A delicate nose of citrus and blossom, reminiscent of an orchard in flower. On the palate, ripe citrus fruit leads, joined by iodine nuances that bring liveliness. The structure is refined, the acidity fine, the finish long and elegant: a saline, dry Riesling. Serve between 8 and 10 °C. Enjoy now or cellar for another 10 to 15 years.
Baeckeoffe, choucroute, matelote, steamed trout with horseradish, pike-perch fillet in Riesling, sea bass fillet with fennel, scallops with chorizo, shrimp sautéed with garlic and parsley, roast guinea fowl with chestnuts, lamb tagine with apricots, langoustine ravioli with goat cheese, roast salmon with Jerusalem artichoke purée.
